Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your Luvme Hair account or visit our Returns Center to submit a request with your order number and reason for return.

    Wait for Approval

    Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the unwashed and uncut hair in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
